Flight Details: Weather does not look good (Pic #1) but we are going anyway.
Took off from Newport at 10:15 PST (Pic #2) and arrived in Arcata at 12:07 PST (Pic #5).
There were some breaks in the clouds for about 20 minutes after we had flown about a half hour. (Pic #3)
The approach into Arcata was fun because the cloud ceiling was 600 feet so we came in over the water (Pic #4).
Does not look good weather wise for watching the sunset tonight, but maybe the redwoods will make up for our disappointment.
