Flight Details: Sorry for the delayed flight. We had to replace one of our landing gear with a stone wheel. It was a smooth flight.. While inroute to PDX, EIA1152 was arriving at the same exact time. I decided to take the 28R and he took the 28L approach.. However with rapidly changing crosswinds and converging ILS's and decreasing visibility, it was tough to maintain a safe separation. So I decided to go around for a 2nd attempt. Visibility worsened on the 2nd approach and was down to about 1 mile.
